We’ll work alongside your team on Sunday Mornings teaching, answering questions, and giving hands-on experience.

We’ll cover things like gain staging, EQ, Compression, Effects, Mixing, Board Routing, and Troubleshooting - all on your system.

Each stage lasts two weeks:

1. We mix while your team shadows

2. We mix while your team helps

3. Your team mixes while we help

4. Your team mixes while we supervise

One off workshops focusing on training your team. We’ll cover broad areas of mixing like effects, EQ, compression, what to prioritize, and troubleshooting - applicable on any board with any system.

Typical 2hr workshop schedule:

• 30min - Dinner or lunch together

• 1hr - Instructional time

• 30min - Q&A

Sometimes all you need is someone to come in mid-week and organize your board and stage routing.

We’ll do the work and set your board up in a way that your team can find everything easily. We’ll create a patch sheet and guides for the board so your team can keep rolling without any hiccups.

For advice on gear purchases, direction moving forward with your team, helpful resources, and anything else we can offer your leadership.
